TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE L'Atelier Cooking Class Bergamo (hereinafter "L'Atelier") offers amateur and professional cooking courses. Enrollment in a course implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT A course booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full participation fee. L'Atelier reserves the right to deny admission to participants who have not regularized their payment.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Please consult our dedicated page [Cancellation and Refund Policy] for cancellation procedures and terms.

4. CONDUCT AND SAFETY Participants are required to follow the instructions of the chef instructors and to comply with safety and hygiene regulations within the premises. L'Atelier is not responsible for damage to persons or property caused by failure to comply with these regulations.

5. ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETS (Important Note)

A) Participant's Responsibility: It is the sole and indispensable responsibility of each participant to inform L'Atelier of any allergies, food intolerances or severe dietary restrictions at the time of booking. This communication is mandatory and must be made in writing in the order notes.

B) Handling of Requests: L'Atelier will do its best to adapt menus or ingredients based on the reports received, where possible. However, given the nature of the cooking classes and the shared use of workstations and professional equipment, L'Atelier cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination or traces of allergens in food.

C) Waiver: Participants with severe allergies or intolerances declare, by enrolling, that they are aware of this risk and assume full responsibility for the consequences on their health. L'Atelier is held harmless from any liability for adverse reactions.

6. COPYRIGHT All teaching materials, recipes and handouts provided during the courses are the exclusive property of L'Atelier and may not be reproduced or disseminated without authorization.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These T&C are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Bergamo shall have jurisdiction.
